About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated Support Representative to complement our fantastic team. As our Support Representative, you will provide operational support to our global customers to ensure Audoo’s high levels of quality are maintained.
Primary Responsibilities
- Providing customer support via telephone/email/in person
- Coordinating daily support workflow tasks across global network
- Resolving stakeholder questions and issues
- Working closely with third parties to manage the escalation of issues
- Suggesting solutions for common problems and creating documentation
- Help with international expansion strategy and new country set up
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Reporting on support activity, results and trends
- Training new support staff
- Improving overall stakeholder satisfaction
Personal Specification
Essential
- Proven experience in a similar support role or self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills & high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills
Desirable
- Experience of working in an early-stage company
- Knowledge of business principles
- Leadership ability
- European language
- Full UK driving license and access to vehicle
